Job Description
Join Nordic Spa Group as a Wellness Retreat Assistant and become a vital part of our team dedicated to delivering unparalleled guest experiences. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals passionate about wellness, hospitality, and creating memorable moments in a peaceful retreat setting. You will support the daily operations of our wellness programs, assist guests, and help maintain the tranquil atmosphere that defines our brand. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of wellness activities, workshops, and communal spaces.
- Provide friendly and attentive support to guests, answering inquiries and guiding them through retreat offerings.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of retreat facilities, including common areas, program rooms, and guest amenities.
- Support retreat coordinators and specialists during various sessions, ensuring smooth operation.
- Prepare and serve refreshments, light meals, or snacks as part of the guest experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, guest registration, and inventory management.
- Ensure guests adhere to retreat guidelines and maintain a respectful, peaceful environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery and personal development.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for wellness, health, and guest service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a retreat environment.
- Knowledge of wellness practices such as yoga, meditation, or nutrition.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset.
