Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Touring Limo Chauffeur with a specialized focus on the music and entertainment industry. As a key member of our elite team, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and discreet transportation services for artists, musicians, production crews, and VIPs on tour and during local engagements. This role requires exceptional driving skills, a deep understanding of client confidentiality, flexibility with schedules, and a polished professional demeanor. You will operate high-end luxury vehicles, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for our esteemed clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients, often including high-profile individuals, to various destinations according to their tour schedules and personal itineraries.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned luxury vehicles.
- Assist clients with luggage and personal belongings, ensuring their comfort and convenience.
- Manage time effectively to ensure punctuality for all pick-ups and drop-offs, often with demanding schedules.
- Exercise utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and activities.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and tour managers.
- Navigate complex routes using GPS and local knowledge, anticipating and avoiding potential delays.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs while respecting their privacy.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional chauffeur or commercial driving experience.
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of the Arvada/Denver metro area and surrounding regions.
- Proven ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality with VIP clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as touring schedules demand.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operation and basic maintenance checks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience specifically chauffeuring clients in the music or entertainment industry.
- Advanced defensive driving or evasive driving training certifications.
- Experience with long-haul or multi-city touring logistics.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
