Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and order of our state-of-the-art Wellness Center during evening hours. This role is crucial in ensuring a pristine and quiet environment for our members and staff. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. This position focuses on evening shifts, allowing for a calm and focused work environment after the center’s peak hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and changing areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including equipment, fixtures, and furniture.
- Clean glass surfaces and mirrors.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards during evening hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weight.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
