Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Part-time Bike Couriers to join our independent contractor network, focusing on weekend deliveries within the Central Business District (CBD) of Naperville. This role is perfect for individuals looking for flexible hours, outdoor work, and an opportunity to earn competitive pay while staying active. As a Bike Courier, you will be responsible for picking up orders from various local restaurants and businesses and delivering them promptly and courteously to customers within designated areas, primarily during peak weekend hours. Key Responsibilities
- Navigate the CBD efficiently using a bicycle to pick up and deliver orders.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and other goods to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good working order of your bike.
- Communicate effectively with customers and restaurant staff via the DoorDash app.
- Manage your schedule and accept delivery requests through the DoorDash platform.
