Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fast Food Unit Assistant to join our vibrant team in Belfast. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday during day shifts, offering a consistent schedule. As a Unit Assistant, you will be crucial in ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience, from preparing food to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food items accurately and efficiently according to McDonald's standards and recipes.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude, taking orders and handling transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Restock supplies and ensure inventory is managed properly.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
