Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and serving customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and processing payments.
- Preparing and cooking Nando's delicious flame-grilled chicken and sides to our high standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Ensuring all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
- Assisting with stock rotation and inventory management.
- Working effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth service and a memorable customer experience.
- Handling customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
