Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate solutions to user questions and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot common problems and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Educate users on Hootsuite features, best practices, and new product updates.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by understanding user needs and offering personalized support.
- Document interactions and solutions in our CRM system for future reference and continuous improvement.
