Job Description
Join the Club Pilates Kennewick team as a Part-Time Pilates Equipment Cleaner / Reset Attendant! This vital role ensures our studio is always sparkling clean and perfectly organized for our members. You will be responsible for meticulously cleaning all Pilates equipment, tidying props, and resetting the studio spaces between classes and at the end of shifts. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining a premium fitness environment. Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all Pilates equipment (reformers, chairs, Cadillac, barrels, mats, etc.) after each use and at the end of shifts, strictly following Club Pilates cleaning protocols.
- Organize and reset studio floors, equipment, and props to their designated positions promptly before and after classes.
- Ensure all small props (balls, bands, weights) are clean, properly sanitized, and neatly stored.
- Handle studio laundry, including towels and cleaning cloths, ensuring a fresh supply is always available.
- Perform general tidying of reception areas, restrooms, and common spaces as needed to maintain overall studio cleanliness.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions, damage, or supply shortages to management immediately.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and props, notifying management when reordering is necessary.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members and staff at all times.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively and independently.
- Capable of performing physical tasks including bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, wiping, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely class resets and studio readiness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles, preferably in a fitness, spa, or hospitality setting.
- An active interest in health, wellness, and fitness, particularly Pilates.
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, early mornings, and weekends.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing studio needs and class schedules.
