Job Description

HubSpot is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Level WFH EA Content Strategist to join our dynamic remote team. This unique role combines administrative executive support with foundational content strategy tasks, offering an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to grow their career in a fast-paced technology environment. You will be instrumental in supporting our content creation efforts, assisting with strategic planning, and providing essential administrative backup to key stakeholders, all from the comfort of your home office. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the research, planning, and development of content calendars and strategies.
  • Support executive leadership with scheduling, email management, and presentation preparation.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content topics.
  • Proofread, edit, and optimize content for clarity, grammar, and SEO best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure content alignment.
  • Manage and organize digital assets, content databases, and communication channels.
  • Track content performance metrics and assist in generating reports.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing principles and SEO.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and content management systems (CMS).
