Job Description
Allied Universal is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Part-time Marshall to join our team for weekend venue safety in New Port Richey, FL. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in security and event management, with a focus on ensuring a safe and orderly environment for all venue attendees. As a Weekend Venue Safety Marshall, you will play a crucial role in maintaining crowd control, providing assistance, and responding to incidents under supervision. This is an on-site role, requiring your physical presence at various venues during weekend events. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor designated areas within event venues to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.
- Provide clear directions and assistance to patrons, enhancing their overall event experience.
- Observe and report any suspicious activities, disturbances, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with crowd management and flow during entry, exit, and peak event times.
- Respond calmly and effectively to minor incidents, escalating as necessary.
- Enforce venue rules and regulations with a polite yet firm demeanor.
- Collaborate effectively with event staff, emergency services, and other security personnel.
- Complete incident reports accurately and in a timely manner as required.
