Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Luxury Crossover Driver to join our elite team. This is a versatile, all-season role requiring exceptional driving skills, a strong commitment to client safety and comfort, and the ability to adapt to diverse client needs and weather conditions. The ideal candidate will operate our fleet of luxury crossovers, providing premium transportation services for corporate clients, special events, airport transfers, and personalized tours. Discretion, punctuality, and a polished demeanor are paramount. You will be responsible for maintaining the immaculate condition of your assigned vehicle and representing Boise Limousine Service with the highest level of professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury crossover vehicles for various client transportation needs, including airport transfers, corporate events, and private excursions.
- Ensure punctuality for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs, planning routes efficiently to account for traffic and weather conditions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage, offering amenities, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey.
- Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of assigned vehicles to impeccable standards daily.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any maintenance needs or issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Handle client inquiries and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and travel details.
- Adapt driving techniques and vehicle handling to various seasonal weather conditions (snow, ice, rain, heat).
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a luxury or chauffeur capacity.
- Excellent knowledge of Boise and surrounding Idaho areas, including major routes and common destinations.
- Strong navigation skills with proficiency in GPS and mapping applications.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury vehicles (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, BMW crossovers).
- Previous experience as a chauffeur or private driver for high-net-worth individuals or corporate clients.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
