Job Description
Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for unique crafts and an eye for aesthetics? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for a WFH Pinterest Gig. This is a 100% remote contract position focused on enhancing our visual presence and driving engagement on Pinterest. You will be responsible for creating compelling pins, curating content, and managing our Pinterest boards to highlight the diverse and inspiring products available on Etsy. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently. No phone work is involved; all communication will be conducted asynchronously via our internal platforms. Enjoy the flexibility of weekly payouts for your valuable contributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create visually appealing Pinterest pins using provided assets and brand guidelines.
- Curate and organize Pinterest boards to reflect current trends, seasonal themes, and product categories.
- Write engaging pin descriptions with relevant keywords to optimize search visibility.
- Schedule pins for optimal reach and engagement across various boards.
- Monitor Pinterest trends and best practices to inform content strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on visual content strategy for various campaigns.
- Track and report on basic Pinterest performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, saves).
- Ensure all Pinterest content aligns with Etsy's brand voice and visual identity.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Pinterest platform management and optimization
- Strong visual aesthetic and an understanding of compelling design principles
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) for creating pins
- Excellent written communication skills for concise and keyword-rich descriptions
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in social media content creation or management, especially on Pinterest
