Job Description
Are you looking for a flexible summer opportunity to make a tangible impact on customer experience? Target Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and observant individuals to join our team as a Summer Break Mystery Shopper. This 3-month seasonal contract role is perfect for those who enjoy shopping and possess a keen eye for detail. You will play a vital role in helping us maintain our high standards of customer service and store experience, ensuring every guest has an exceptional visit. This position requires regular visits to our physical store locations within the Fishers, IN area, providing critical feedback that directly influences our operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct anonymous visits to designated Target retail locations in accordance with provided guidelines and scenarios.
- Rigorously evaluate store cleanliness, merchandise presentation, product availability, and overall store atmosphere.
- Assess customer service interactions, including greetings, helpfulness, product knowledge, and efficiency of team members.
- Document all observations and complete detailed, comprehensive online reports accurately and promptly after each visit.
- Adhere strictly to all instructions, scenarios, and timelines provided for each shopping assignment.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all assignments, findings, and company information.
- Provide constructive and objective feedback to aid in continuous improvement of guest experience.
