Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Google Marketer to join our dynamic Digital Performance team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about digital advertising, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the success of our clients’ online campaigns. You will play a crucial part in the execution, monitoring, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, helping to drive measurable results and improve client ROI. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup, daily management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Generate performance reports and presentations for clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with senior marketers to develop campaign strategies and improve ad copy/creatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Ensure campaigns adhere to budget allocations and performance targets.
  • Support ad hoc digital marketing tasks as required.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of Google Ads platform and principles.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEM, SEO, Analytics).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
