Job Description
We are seeking a highly observant and reliable individual to join our team as a Public Transit Secret Rider. In this stable, full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and integrity of our public transit services, specifically buses and trains. As a Secret Rider, you will discreetly evaluate various aspects of the passenger experience, from vehicle cleanliness and driver professionalism to route adherence and overall service delivery. Your objective feedback will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement and upholding Pace’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Discreetly ride assigned bus and train routes, adhering to predefined schedules and evaluation criteria.
- Objectively observe and document driver/operator behavior, adherence to safety protocols, and customer interaction.
- Assess vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and passenger comfort.
- Evaluate on-time performance and adherence to published schedules.
- Report any service disruptions, operational inefficiencies, or customer service issues encountered.
- Complete detailed evaluation forms and reports within specified deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the role and findings.
- Provide constructive feedback aimed at improving service quality and passenger satisfaction.
