Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Clerk to join our team in Mississauga. This is a stable, full-time position offering consistent Monday-Friday hours and excellent health benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate pharmacy staff or sections.
- Process prescription pick-ups and over-the-counter purchases accurately.
- Handle cash and debit/credit transactions using a point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area, including shelving and display units.
- Manage inventory, including stocking shelves and rotating products.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are handled with professionalism and discretion.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality (PIPEDA).
- Collaborate effectively with pharmacists and pharmacy assistants to optimize workflow.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
