Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Immediate Start Packer. In this fast-paced, on-site role, you will be responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packing.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and order progress.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Load and unload packages as needed, utilizing appropriate handling techniques.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Basic computer literacy for using scanning devices and internal systems.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
