Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Tech Hub Fulfillment Staff member to join our team in New Port Richey, Florida. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the efficient handling, processing, and preparation of electronics and gadgets for customer orders. This position plays a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their technology quickly and accurately, contributing directly to our reputation for excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of electronic products and gadgets.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring proper item selection and secure packaging.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling, scanning, and staging for carrier pickup.
- Maintain organized inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after proper training.
- Ensure the fulfillment area is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory and order status.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail environment.
