Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team within a high-salary sector. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day execution and activation of digital media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., programmatic, social, search, display).
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend optimization strategies to improve ROI and achieve client goals.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive performance reports, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Manage media budgets, track expenditures, and ensure accurate billing and reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including strategy, creative, analytics, and client services, to ensure seamless campaign integration and delivery.
- Stay current with the latest digital media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all media activations adhere to brand safety guidelines, privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
- Facilitate communication with external vendors and partners to resolve issues and gather necessary campaign assets.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in major digital media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, and The Trade Desk.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis using tools like Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work outputs.
- Fundamental understanding of media buying principles, ad serving technologies, and the digital advertising ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads certifications, Facebook Blueprint).
- Experience with advanced data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana) for workflow coordination.
- Previous experience working effectively in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
