Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Pinterest Records Clerk to join our remote team. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our digital records, particularly those related to Pinterest campaigns and assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, classification, and retrieval of information, ensuring all records comply with established protocols and legal requirements. This is a 100% remote position, requiring exceptional self-discipline and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain digital records and databases related to Pinterest campaigns, assets, and analytics.
  • Classify and organize records according to established naming conventions and filing systems.
  • Perform regular audits of digital records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Retrieve and disseminate information efficiently upon request from various internal departments.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of improved record-keeping procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
