Job Description

Are you a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for aesthetics and skincare? SK:N Clinics is seeking an enthusiastic Aesthetic Clinic Sales Rep to join our team in Sheffield. This commission-based role offers a high earning potential for individuals who excel at building relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales of our extensive range of treatments and products, ensuring an exceptional client journey from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations with potential clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatments and products.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for treatments, packages, and retail products.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Proactively follow up on leads and enquiries, converting them into successful appointments and sales.
  • Educate clients on the benefits and outcomes of various aesthetic procedures and skincare routines.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless client experience and treatment planning.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales data using our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new treatments, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and general computer applications.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience within the aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of dermatological conditions, aesthetic treatments (e.g., injectables, laser, peels), and advanced skincare products.
