Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport patients via beds, trolleys, or wheelchairs between wards, departments, and clinic areas.
- Move medical equipment, laboratory specimens, and essential supplies throughout the hospital.
- Deliver and collect patient notes, parcels, and mail efficiently.
- Assist with the transfer of deceased patients to the mortuary, maintaining dignity and respect.
- Ensure a clean and tidy working environment, reporting any maintenance issues.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines and hospital policies.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with patients, visitors, and staff at all times.
- Participate actively in all required training and development programs.
