Job Description
We are seeking highly observant and discreet individuals to join our team as Airport Terminal Mystery Shoppers with a specific focus on high-security protocols. This unique contract role involves evaluating the effectiveness of security measures, customer service interactions, cleanliness, and overall operational efficiency within the San Bernardino International Airport terminal. Your detailed reports will contribute directly to enhancing safety standards and traveler experience. A performance-based bonus structure is in place for exceptional findings and comprehensive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discreet evaluations of airport terminal operations, focusing on security checkpoints, baggage handling, and restricted areas.
- Observe and document adherence to security protocols by staff and passengers.
- Assess customer service interactions at various points, including check-in, gates, and information desks.
- Evaluate the cleanliness and maintenance of terminal facilities, restrooms, and public areas.
- Identify potential security vulnerabilities or areas for operational improvement.
- Provide clear, concise, and objective written reports on observations and findings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignment details and findings.
- Adhere to a flexible schedule based on assigned evaluation tasks.
