Job Description
We are seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented Algorithmic Data Verifier to join our data quality team in Cambridge. This critical role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data processed through our sophisticated algorithms. You will be instrumental in identifying discrepancies, validating data outputs, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our data verification processes. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough verification of data outputs generated by complex algorithms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify, analyze, and document data anomalies, errors, and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand algorithm logic and pinpoint root causes of data issues.
- Develop and implement robust testing procedures for data verification and quality assurance.
- Maintain detailed records of verification processes, findings, and resolutions.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve algorithmic performance and data quality frameworks.
- Stay updated with best practices in data verification, quality control, and algorithmic validation.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Proven experience in data analysis, data quality assurance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in using data manipulation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R for scripting).
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and algorithmic principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
