Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support for Apple products and services via phone, chat, and email.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices to maximize their Apple experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests using internal tools.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to Apple's standards of quality and efficiency in every customer interaction.
