Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Chauffeur to join our premier transportation team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is crucial for providing safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation services to our discerning clients, including corporate executives, VIPs, and event attendees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to punctuality, and an unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations following scheduled routes and timelines.
- Maintain the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness and presentation, both interior and exterior.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide courteous, professional service at all times.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure operational safety and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring a safe and smooth journey for passengers.
- Maintain a clean driving record and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Handle client requests and adapt to changes in schedule with professionalism and flexibility.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and travel details.
- Provide local knowledge and recommendations as requested by clients.
Required Skills
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving or chauffeur experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional punctuality and time management abilities.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
