Job Description

Join our friendly team as a Community Bank Teller and become the face of Wells Fargo in the local Pasadena community. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about helping customers with their banking needs, building strong relationships, and contributing to a positive branch environment. You’ll be instrumental in supporting our customers’ financial journeys, processing transactions accurately, and identifying opportunities to introduce them to products and services that can help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
  • Maintain and balance a cash drawer according to bank policies and procedures.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Wells Fargo products and services.
  • Educate customers on self-service options and digital banking tools.
  • Adhere to all bank security procedures and regulatory guidelines.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers, making them feel valued and understood.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.

Required Skills
