Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart your career in customer service from the comfort of your home? Concentrix is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Home Advisor Trainees. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to learn the ropes of customer support, develop valuable communication skills, and contribute to a global leader in customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive paid training sessions to understand product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously in the company's CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed service expectations.
- Adhere to schedule and attendance policies, ensuring consistent availability for customer support.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new information and changes in products or services.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload) and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

- Prior experience in any customer-facing role (e.g., retail, food service, hospitality).
