Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to work outdoors and contribute to the supply of fresh, delicious blueberries across the UK? Berry Gardens is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our picking teams in Southport, Merseyside. This is a seasonal, full-time position with comprehensive training provided, making it ideal for those new to agricultural work or seeking a rewarding outdoor role. You will be an integral part of our harvest, ensuring the highest quality berries are collected with care.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pick ripe blueberries by hand, ensuring minimal damage to the fruit and plants.
- Adhere to quality control standards, ensuring only the best berries are collected.
- Work efficiently to meet daily picking targets.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines on the farm.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
