Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs to empower players with self-service solutions.
  • Collaborate with game development, quality assurance, and community management teams to improve player experience.
  • Assist in the testing of new game features, updates, or patches as needed.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of assigned game titles, features, and common player concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with gaming industry best practices and company policies.
  • Process player reports and feedback, ensuring timely and constructive responses.
  • Uphold company standards for player interaction and brand representation.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
