Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and available in the evenings? GfK is seeking enthusiastic Evening Secret Shoppers to evaluate customer service and store environments on High Streets in Vallejo, CA. This crucial role involves visiting designated retail locations, assessing specific criteria, and providing comprehensive feedback, with all assignments completed by 9 PM daily. You’ll play a vital role in helping our clients enhance their customer experience and maintain service quality. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discreet visits to assigned retail stores and businesses during evening hours, ensuring completion by 9 PM.
- Evaluate various aspects of the customer experience, including product availability, cleanliness, staff professionalism, and adherence to service standards.
- Interact with store employees as a regular customer, following specific scenarios and guidelines provided.
- Accurately record observations and complete detailed reports using our online platform within a specified timeframe after each visit.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client identities and the specifics of each shopping assignment.
- Adhere to all project instructions and deadlines with precision and punctuality.
- Communicate effectively with project managers regarding any challenges or questions encountered during assignments.

- Reliable access to transportation and the ability to travel to various locations within the High Street area of Vallejo.
