Job Description

Join Concentrix as an Evening Teleperformance Associate, working remotely from your home in Ottawa, Ontario. This part-time role offers consistent 5pm to 10pm shifts, perfect for individuals seeking flexible work arrangements, students, or those looking to supplement their income. You will be the voice of our clients, providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort and convenience of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, following company guidelines and scripts.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed service expectations.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all scheduled shifts are covered and breaks are taken appropriately.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
  • Ability to commit to the specified evening shifts (5pm – 10pm EST).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or teleperformance roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms.
  • Fluency in French is a strong asset.
