Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Excel Sales Tracker to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on sales data with a strong focus on marketing performance. You will maintain complex spreadsheets, generate reports, and provide insights that will help optimize our marketing strategies and drive sales growth. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute from anywhere within the specified region. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive Excel spreadsheets to track sales performance against marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales figures, marketing ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all sales tracking systems and reports.
  • Assist in forecasting sales performance based on historical data and marketing plans.
  • Prepare presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection and reporting.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, macros).
  • Proven experience in data entry, analysis, and report generation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and/or marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Previous experience in a sales support, data analyst, or marketing analyst role.
