Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior leadership team. This is a crucial remote role, requiring exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities for executives, facilitating efficient decision-making, and representing the leadership team with professionalism. This position offers the flexibility of a 100% remote work model, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening communications and redirecting as appropriate.
  • Organise and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Process expense reports and manage budget tracking for executive activities.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
  • Proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions to improve executive efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level management.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to task management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience working in a large, global, or consulting organisation.
  • Familiarity with project management principles.
