Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic Executive Office Manager to fill a combined leadership role in our Henderson office. This pivotal position involves overseeing daily office operations, providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, and leading various strategic projects to enhance efficiency and collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, capable of managing multiple priorities, exercising sound judgment, and maintaining discretion with confidential information. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting coordination.
- Oversee the efficient functioning of the office environment, including managing supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and facilities maintenance.
- Lead and manage special projects and initiatives, often involving cross-departmental collaboration and requiring independent decision-making.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other critical documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Mentor and guide administrative support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Manage and reconcile office budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in an executive administrative or office management role.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in project coordination and team oversight.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
