Job Description

Brainlabs is seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Google Analytics Support Junior. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or those looking for a career change, offering comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to become a Google Analytics expert. You will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and internal teams by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of their Google Analytics implementations, helping them unlock valuable insights from their data.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for Google Analytics inquiries and issues from clients and internal teams.
- Assist with the implementation, configuration, and auditing of Google Analytics (GA4 and Universal Analytics) properties.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues, data discrepancies, and reporting errors within Google Analytics.
- Support the creation and maintenance of GA reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and development teams to ensure proper data collection and integration.
- Document solutions, best practices, and standard operating procedures for Google Analytics support.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously learn about new Google Analytics features and digital marketing trends.
