Job Description

Are you eager to start a career in tech support but have no prior experience? Concentrix is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Google Helpdesk Agents. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support and customer service to Google users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve common technical issues related to Google products and services (e.g., Gmail, Google Drive, Google Maps).
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary, ensuring a smooth hand-off.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Stay updated on Google product changes and new features to provide accurate information.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet.
