Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to multiple teams using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange virtual events.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents to a high standard.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Assist in project coordination, tracking progress, and follow-up on action items.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and databases securely.
