Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented User Experience Aide to join our remote team, focusing on interface testing. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality, usability, and accessibility of Google’s digital products and services. You will be responsible for meticulously testing user interfaces, identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues, and providing actionable feedback to our design and development teams. Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans for various user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Identify, document, and track UI/UX bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues using standard bug tracking tools.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback on interface design and functionality to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, and engineers to understand product requirements and user flows.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and guidelines in all tested interfaces.
- Maintain a detailed record of test results and communicate progress regularly to the team.
