Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft operating systems, applications (e.g., Office 365, Teams), and services.
  • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets efficiently, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist users with software installations, configurations, and general technical inquiries.
  • Diagnose and escalate complex issues to senior support engineers or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with Microsoft technologies.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes.
  • Educate users on best practices for using Microsoft products and preventing common issues.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Basic understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
