Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and proactive communication.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
