Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior AI Language Model Trainer to join our innovative team in Fairfield, CT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and refinement of our next-generation AI language models. You will be responsible for providing high-quality training data, evaluating model outputs, and identifying areas for improvement, directly contributing to the intelligence and accuracy of Google’s AI products. Key Responsibilities
- Annotate, categorize, and validate diverse datasets to train and improve AI language models.
- Evaluate the output of AI models against established guidelines and provide detailed feedback.
- Identify patterns, errors, and biases in model performance and report findings to the development team.
- Collaborate with senior researchers and engineers to understand project requirements and contribute to data collection strategies.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and consistency in all assigned tasks.
- Participate in ongoing training and calibration sessions to ensure alignment with project goals.
Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
