Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist certified Lash Stylists with client preparation, including setting up stations and ensuring comfort.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, common areas, and product displays.
- Greet clients warmly, assist with check-in processes, and guide them through their studio experience.
- Restock professional supplies and retail products, managing inventory to ensure availability.
- Observe and learn proper lash application techniques, product knowledge, and studio protocols.
- Process client payments, schedule future appointments, and answer general inquiries.
- Support overall studio operations to ensure a smooth and efficient client flow.
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety guidelines meticulously.
