Job Description
Join BrightView Landscaping Services as a Seasonal Leaf Raking Assistant in Wesley Chapel, FL! This outdoor, full-time role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and contributing to the beauty and maintenance of commercial and residential properties. You will be an integral part of our ground maintenance team, primarily responsible for efficient leaf removal and general clean-up during the seasonal peak. We are looking for motivated individuals eager to work hard and learn on the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual leaf raking, blowing, and collection across various property types.
- Operate leaf blowers, rakes, and other basic landscaping tools safely and efficiently.
- Bag and dispose of leaves and other organic debris according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites and equipment.
- Assist with other general landscape maintenance tasks as needed, such as light weeding or debris removal.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, humidity, etc.).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping or general outdoor labor.
