Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and friendly Office Assistant / Receptionist to join our team in Denton, Texas. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to start their career in a supportive healthcare environment. No prior experience is needed – we will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. You will be the first point of contact for many of our patients and visitors, playing a crucial role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take messages accurately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and office space.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Perform basic data entry and maintain patient records with confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide information to patients and visitors.
