Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Associate with an administrative focus to join our dynamic team in Hialeah. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to project managers and various project teams, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion of initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills and a passion for the gaming industry to contribute to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project teams and leadership.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and databases, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance.
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement processes.
  • Support project managers in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project-related materials.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels within project teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment requests for the project team, ensuring resources are available.
  • Onboard new team members by assisting with necessary administrative setup and introductions.
  • Handle general administrative tasks as needed to support project operations.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of administrative support or project coordination experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in the entertainment, technology, or video game industry.
  • A passion for video games and an understanding of game development processes.
