Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team in Fort Wayne. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth daily functioning of our office, providing comprehensive administrative support, and contributing to an-efficient and positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, playing a vital role in our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls, managing calendars efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data integrity.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports as needed.
  • Support various departments with diverse administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures, contributing to a well-regulated environment.
