Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Netflix Associate to join our dynamic Digital Media team. This entry-level career opportunity is perfect for individuals passionate about digital content, online platforms, and enhancing the user experience. You will play a crucial role in supporting our online media operations, ensuring content accuracy, managing digital assets, and contributing to the overall success of our streaming service. This hybrid role allows for collaboration in our Wichita office combined with flexible remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and organization of digital media assets across various platforms.
- Perform quality assurance checks on content metadata, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor user-generated content and platform interactions, escalating issues as needed.
- Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content acquisition, engineering, and marketing.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and suggest improvements for online content strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging digital media technologies.
