Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Part-Time Banking Concierge to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this vital front-line role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through their banking needs. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient branch experience, ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all clients entering the branch, offering assistance and direction.
  • Actively listen to client needs to accurately assess their purpose for visiting and direct them to the appropriate banker or service area.
  • Provide basic information regarding banking products and services, acting as a knowledgeable resource.
  • Assist clients with digital banking inquiries, including mobile app navigation and online account access.
  • Manage client wait times efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic within the branch.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional lobby area, ensuring marketing materials are well-stocked and presentable.
  • Collaborate with branch staff to enhance the overall client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks as needed to support branch operations.
  • Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
