Job Description
RTC Transit is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-time Station Assistant to support our weekend public transport operations in Las Vegas. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our passengers, providing essential information and assistance at key transit hubs. Key Responsibilities
- Greet passengers and provide courteous assistance with their transit inquiries.
- Offer information regarding routes, schedules, fares, and connections.
- Help passengers navigate station facilities and identify correct boarding platforms.
- Monitor station areas to ensure cleanliness and report any issues or safety concerns.
- Assist passengers with disabilities or special needs as required.
- Distribute informational brochures and updates on service changes.
- Handle minor customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with security and operations staff to maintain a safe environment.
